Dialog International Cited by USA Today

With a daily circulation of 2.25 million readers USA Today is the most popular newspaper in America.  Last week the paper quoted Dialog International in an article about President Bush's image and leadership style.  The quote immediately followed a quote by Whitehouse press secretary Tony Snow:

White House spokesman Tony Snow said the president believes in "putting people at ease, so that you can have a candid conversation."

Dialog International, a blog about German-American relations, said that "while seemingly insignificant," the neck rub and other incidents underscore that "Bush is incapable of leading during a crisis."

President Bush has boasted of not reading any newspapers.  But there can be no doubt that his Ueber-Spin-Meister Karl Rove read the piece.  As the only blog cited, Dialog International is most likely now on the White House enemies list and its author a persona non grata.  That doesn't matter, Karl: the feeling is mutual.  (Hat tip to Joerg W.).
