Off topic - but I am willing to bet this is of interest to you David, if you havn't already seen it:



Wow, how can a court uphold racial profiling? How does the appeal process work - does it now get decided in Karlsruhe?


Wow. I say send all the Europeans back to Europe!


The Holocaust comparison is a low blow, even for you.


The next step would be the Oberverwaltungsgericht, only when you are being turned down there as well you can appeal to the Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe.

I assumed that you would not believe this - it would most likely be very different in the USA :-)
